Hey,
Aspirants who intend to pursue undergraduate courses in the United States and other nations take the SAT 2021 exam. The internationally recognized SAT exam 2021 is administered by the College Board and tests a candidate's academic competence in Reading, Writing, Quantitative Aptitude, and other prescribed specialized topics.
So, basically, SAT exam is for admission into the undergraduate programs. As you have already pursued your B.TECH, you would not want to repeat your undergraduate degree as such. So, generally, there is no as such use of SAT after passing B.TECH degree, unless or until you want to again pursue your UG degree from US and other countries.

Dear aspirant
You have done huge mistake you could have applied before today itself. There is no admission in MBBS/bds in india without neet examination. It is mandatory to give neet if you want to take admission either in private or government mbbs colleges. Even if you want to go abroad you will have to appear for neet and qualified the exam. Now if you want to study mbbs you will have to wait till next year. There is no option left with you. You have done huge mistake. Now there is almost no chance that they will extend application form date because they have already extend upto today and next month is exam.
Now you can think about other courses if you don't want to waste year. Otherwise you can wait till next year.
All the best for your future
