Candidates belonging to the SC category in Maharashtra appearing for BBA admissions through the MAH BBA CET are eligible for a reduced application fee of Rs. 800, compared to RS.1,000 for general and OBC candidates. The admission process includes registering for the CET, appearing for the exam, and participating in Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds, where SC candidates benefit from reservation and lower cutoff ranks. Based on past trends, top colleges in Mumbai and Pune like Jai Hind, HR, Mithibai, BMCC, and D.Y. Patil may require around 80 plus percentile for SC category students. After seat allotment in CAP rounds, candidates must report to the allotted institute for document verification and fee payment to confirm their admission.
Hi dear candidate,
The BBA course if offered by many private and semi-government colleges like IPU, so the fees relaxation policy for each university differs from each other. The IPU university colleges offers total 3 year fees of BBA from 4 Lakhs to 5.5 Lakhs and for SC category there is up to 5% relaxation available.
The admission process in many of the private colleges like Amity, Galgotiya's , KRMU etc. is merit based with marks generally above 55% in 12th grade. For IPU they require IPUCET exam with rank below 2000 for the best colleges. Students also get admission with rank as high as 10,000. With SC category you have slight more chances.
