No, in the CBSE Compartment Exam, you can appear for only one subject in which you have been placed in the compartment. You cannot give compartment exam for 4 subjects.

Compartment exams are allowed only if you fail in 1 subject.
If you fail in 2 or more subjects, you are not eligible for compartment.
Since you have failed in 4 subjects, compartment is not possible.
Unfortunately,You have to repeat the class 12th

Based on Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh 2025 trends across state government polytechnic colleges:
General category: approximately 200 or more marks
Economically Weaker Section (EWS): approximately 180 or more marks
Other Backward Classes (OBC): approximately 160 or more marks
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): approximately 140 or more marks
So, if you are aiming for admission in Government Polytechnic Gorakhpur, scoring within or above these ranges would be a good target.
For specific diploma courses at Government Polytechnic Gorakhpur:
Diploma in Civil Engineering closed around ranks 1,619 to 1,813
Diploma in Production Engineering closed around ranks 4,390 to 4,330
