Yes, You can even study tourism and hospitality without passing 10th. There are many institutes that offer short-term courses/ diploma/ certificate that do not require you to pass 10th. These short term courses, diploma and certificate courses focus more towards practical aspects like; customer service, front office, housekeeping, culinary basics, etc. You can plan to start with those courses, gain some practical experience and grow in the industry. Some programs even allow you to study while you are working.

With an EBC rank of 2411 and a general rank of 8035 in PCB stream from the Joint Entrance rank card, your chances of getting admission to a government B.Pharmacy college are fair, but it will depend on a few key factors:

1. State and Quota: If you're applying in your home state and under EBC category, your category rank will be considered during seat allotment, which gives you an advantage.

2. Cutoffs Vary: Government B.Pharm cutoffs for EBC category often go up to 2500–3000 in some states, so you are close to the safer zone. However, more competitive colleges may close earlier.

3. Rounds Matter: If you don’t get a seat in Round 1, keep applying for Round 2 and Mop-Up, as seats often open up due to withdrawals.

4. College Preferences: Opt for slightly less in-demand government colleges or those in semi-urban areas for a better chance.

If your OBC-NCL certificate is valid, recent, and contains all the required details such as:

• Caste name

• Non-creamy layer status

• Category clearly mentioned as OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)

• Issuing authority

• Date of issue (usually should be within the last year)

• Recognition under the Central OBC list

Then it is generally accepted, even if the format is in your state’s style, as long as it is valid for central purposes.

However, if the authorities had specifically asked for the certificate in a central government-prescribed format, you might be asked to re-upload or submit it during document verification.
