In CSSUT Burla, Electrical Engineering (EE) has much more scope & job opportunites than Electronics and Telecommunication (ETC).

But it should be purely on your interest. If you have more interest in EE, then go for EE. If more in ETC, go for ETC. But statistic wise, EE is better.

Your NFAT marks of 42.75 is low if you apply in General Category and it is borderline for Ward of Ex Serviceman.

Your JEE MAINS marks doesn't matter for admission in NFSU main things is the NFAT score.

So there is some chance of you getting NFSU through Ward of Ex Serviceman thought even for that a student generally needs 45-50 marks.
