Hello Mahi!
Samrat Prithviraj College in Ajmer usually runs regular and private M.A. programs. However, whether they have offered M.A. Geography as a private option depends on the university’s rules .In recent years, private M.A. seats have been available in subjects where student demand remains consistent. I recommend contacting the college’s postgraduate admissions office or checking the university admission brochure online. If Geography appeared in previous years’ private courses list, it's likely to continue.

Hi,
Thank you for your question
If you hold Maharashtra domicile but your SC certificate is from Gujarat, you cannot claim SC reservation in Maharashtra state counselling. Your caste certificate must be from the same state you’re applying in. However, you can still participate in All India Quota through MCC for NEET, which doesn’t rely on state domicile or caste. AIQ admissions only consider NEET score and central reservation categories so yes, you can avail AIQ seats based on your status if your Gujarat certificate is accepted nationally. Remember to carry all documents during AIQ counselling for verification.

Yes, JIS University in West Bengal offers courses that are AICTE approved. It is a private university established in 2014 by the state government. The university is approved by UGC, and its technical and professional courses like engineering, management, and pharmacy are approved by AICTE.
Universities like JIS do not need separate AICTE approval for the entire university because they are already approved by UGC. But still, their technical courses have AICTE approval. JIS University also has other recognitions from NAAC, NBA, AIU, PCI, and BCI.
That means your degree from JIS University is valid and recognized in India.

Hello aspirant,
Thanks for reaching out
With an All India Rank of 362000 in NEET UG 2025 and your home state being Bihar, getting a government MBBS seat will be quite difficult unless you belong to a reserved category like SC/ST. For General category students, the cut-off for government colleges usually remains under 1.5 lakh AIR. However, you still have several options like :
1. Private Medical Colleges in Bihar and other states through state quota or management quota but fees will be higher.
2. BDS seats are relatively easier to get with your rank.
3. Allied health sciences courses like BAMS, BHMS, BPT, and B.Sc. Nursing are also good career choices with such ranks.
Make sure to participate in both All India and State Counselling (Bihar UGMAC) and fill as many realistic choices as possible.
