If you applied for the TCS NQT off-campus exam but did not write the exam, you can still apply again. TCS has a rule that if someone attends the exam and interview and gets rejected, they have to wait six months to apply again. But if you just registered and didn’t attend the exam, you can apply again without waiting.

So yes, you can apply for the TCS NQT again in the on-campus drive, even if it's within six months, as long as you didn’t actually write the exam the first time.

B.Sc. Psychology is not available in SSJ Campus, Almora. The campus offers B.Sc. courses in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Mathematics, but not in Psychology. They do have B.A. courses in different subjects and have conducted B.A. Psychology exams, which means Psychology is available only in the arts stream, not as a science degree.

If you want to study Psychology as a B.Sc. course, you should check other universities or colleges that offer it.

Your question does not specify which college's dorm and cost you are inquiring about.  However, as a general rule, a decent government college's hostel fees can range from 11,000 to 17,000 dollars.  However, the cost of attending a private college will be significantly more.  Some private universities charge separate fees for housing and meals.
