May I get admission in cusb for ba B.ed cuet score is 193 out of 500 obc candidate

OISHEE BANERJEE 12th Jul, 2025

With a CUET score of 193 out of 500 and being in the OBC category, it’s going to be tough to get into the BA B.Ed program at CUSB. Last year, the OBC cutoff was quite a bit higher—around 240 or more. Your score is a bit below that range, so getting a seat in the first few rounds is unlikely. You can still apply and keep an eye on the later rounds or spot admissions, just in case the cutoff drops. But realistically, you should also look at backup options in other central or state universities.

I have 54 presentage in ssc board examination Can I get the addmission in science stream

OISHEE BANERJEE 11th Jul, 2025

With 54% in your SSC board examination, it may be challenging to get admission into the Science stream in well-known or competitive schools and junior colleges, as they usually set higher cut-off marks, often above 60% or even 70%. However, this does not mean admission is impossible. Some private institutions or lesser-known colleges may offer you a seat if they have available capacity and a more flexible admission policy. Your chances may also depend on the board you studied under, the overall competition in your area, and whether the school considers subject-wise performance.

Hi, I got 347 rank in ap pgecet, can I get a free seat in jntu kakinada? Or in any other govt. Colleges?

sugandh kumar 12th Jul, 2025

hello aspirant,

With a rank of 347 in AP PGECET and belonging to the BC category, you have a good chance of getting admission in JNTU Kakinada or other government colleges for M.Tech. Reserved category candidates with ranks below 500 are generally eligible for fee reimbursement, provided they meet the income criteria. You can also expect a seat in top branches like CSE or AI based on past cut-offs.

I am Mahima Singh. A girl if Uttar Pradesh. My CRL rank is 117269 and obc-ncl rank is 38117. Can I get civil engineering in IET, Lucknow.

OISHEE BANERJEE 11th Jul, 2025

With a CRL rank of 117269 and an OBC-NCL rank of 38117, you have a fair chance of getting Civil Engineering at IET Lucknow, especially if you are applying under the home state quota for Uttar Pradesh. In recent years, the closing OBC-NCL ranks for Civil Engineering at IET Lucknow have been higher than your current rank, often going beyond 80,000 depending on the year and round of counselling. Since you are also a female candidate from the home state, this could improve your chances slightly due to the female category reservations and home state advantage.

My Pharm.D rank is 81713 and am OBC 2A category can I get govt seat through kea counseling this year?

OISHEE BANERJEE 11th Jul, 2025

With a rank of 81713 and OBC 2A category, it's very unlikely you'll get a government Pharm.D seat through KEA this year. Most seats close well within the top 10,000 ranks. You can try in mop-up rounds, but chances are still low. It's better to look at private colleges or consider reappearing next year for a better rank.

Taabia Fathima 11th Jul, 2025

Hello Ma'am!

Thanks for reaching out!

With a CUET score of 636 under OBC category you've fair chance of getting B.com(hons.) in several Central and State Universities But,it also depends on specific cut-offs,CUET subject combinations, admission policy etc. Some university also consider 12th marks,so your overall profile matters.

Check the official cut-offs of your preferred university for accurate information.

I scored 636 in cuet Im obc . Am I eligible for bcom h ?

OISHEE BANERJEE 11th Jul, 2025

With a CUET score of 636 and being in the OBC category, you're likely eligible for B.Com (Hons.) in universities like BHU, where the OBC cutoff is usually around 430 to 485. However, for Delhi University, especially top colleges like SRCC, Hindu, or Hansraj, the OBC cutoff tends to be much higher, often above 700. So getting into B.Com (Hons.) at DU this year with your score might be difficult unless cutoffs drop significantly or you're targeting less competitive DU colleges. BHU and some other central universities are a safer bet with your score.

is btech cs branch possible through managment or institute quota in vesit chembur with 79.7 percentile in mhtcet

OISHEE BANERJEE 12th Jul, 2025

With a 79.7 percentile in MHT-CET, getting Computer Science at VESIT Chembur through the regular CAP round is very unlikely. The cutoff for CSE in open category is usually around 98 percentile. Even under minority quota, especially for Sindhi students, the cutoff is typically above 90 percentile.

Now, when it comes to institute-level or management quota, there is a small chance. These seats are filled after CAP rounds and may have slightly lower cutoffs, but for high-demand branches like CS, even institute round cutoffs hover around 95 to 97 percentile. With 79.7 percentile, it's still on the lower side.

If you belong to the minority community recognized by the institute, you may have a better shot, but the chances for CSE specifically remain slim even there. Also, institute-level quota usually comes with higher fees compared to CAP seats.
