sir/maam if a get a seat in gmc by All india counseling and I also want to go for State counseling? If I joined the AIQ seat and went for upgradation Then can I go for state counseling?
No, you cannot participate in state counseling if you join an AIQ seat and then go for upgradation.
A Supreme Court ruling prohibits candidates from participating in subsequent counseling rounds (like state counseling) after joining a seat allotted in Round 2 of AIQ/Deemed Universities.
Once you join (reporting and completing admission formalities) an AIQ allotted seat, it signifies forfeiture of your seat. You cannot then participate in further counseling rounds, including state counseling.
If you accept and join the allotted AIQ GMC seat, you're essentially confirming your admission to that college. You can, however, attempt upgradation within the AIQ counseling itself. This means trying to get a better college within the 15% All India Quota seats. But, even if you don't get upgraded and remain in the initially allotted AIQ GMC seat, you've used your chance and cannot participate in state counseling.

can I work in AIIMS after clearing inicet exam
Yes, clearing the INI CET exam is a strong step towards working at AIIMS, but it's not the sole guarantee.
-
Passing INI CET with a qualifying percentile (varies by category) makes you eligible to participate in the counseling process for MD/MS/DM/MCh/MDS seats offered through INI CET.
-
AIIMS institutes are included in the list of institutes participating in INI CET counseling.
-
After the INI CET exam, there's a counseling process where you rank your preferred colleges and specialties based on your score, category, and seat availability.
-
Seat allotment is based on a merit list derived from your INI CET score, category, and preferences.
AIIMS is a premier medical institute, so competition for seats is fierce. Even with a high INI CET score, there is no guarantee of securing a seat at your preferred AIIMS location or specialty. During counseling, your rank and a strategic filling of choices will significantly impact your chances of getting a seat at AIIMS.
Overall, clearing INI CET opens doors to work at AIIMS, but securing a seat depends on competition, rank, and strategic choice filling during counseling.

wrongly filled eligibility state as per aadhar card, not as per 12th admit card, in josaa counseling. How to edit or ammend?
It seems you cannot directly edit your state of eligibility after registration.
-
Reach out to the JoSAA helpline or email them as soon as possible. Explain the situation clearly - that you mistakenly entered your state of eligibility based on your Aadhar card instead of your 12th admit card.
-
Provide them with your registration details and necessary documents (copies of Aadhar card, 12th admit card, etc.) to support your case.
-
Ask if there is any way to rectify the mistake or if there is a correction window open.
-
In the best-case scenario, if there is a correction window open or the authorities allow it on a case-by-case basis, they might be able to rectify your state of eligibility.
-
If correction isn't possible, they might explain how the chosen state of eligibility will impact your seat allocation (e.g., seat cancellation, ineligibility for state quota seats).

i want to know which course is better CS or Computer Engineering
Hello,
Choosing between Computer Science (CS) and Computer Engineering (CE) depends on your interests and career goals. Computer Science focuses more on software, algorithms, and programming, making it ideal if you're interested in areas such as software development, data science, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
It emphasizes theoretical foundations and practical applications of computing. On the other hand, Computer Engineering blends both hardware and software aspects, including the design and development of computer systems, embedded systems, and hardware-software integration.
