how can get my university registration number

Rahul Mandal 13th Aug, 2025

Hello,

If you want to get your university registration numbers, you should first check your student ID card, admission letter, or fees receipt; here you can find your registration number in these documents. If you can't find it there, you can access your university's online student portal and check your profile; there you can find the registration number.

I hope it will clear your query!!

i have a backlog in 4th sem bca and i have written the exam also but the results might come in November my 6th sem results already came and my pgect marks also came Im waiting for 4th sem results till November to join mca will i get a seat or i should wait for next year

gopi 12th Aug, 2025

Hello Harshith,

The eligibility criteria will depend on when you are admitted to MCA. Since you have cleared your 4th semester backlog exam and the results will be available in November, you could still be enrolled in this academic year if university allows acceptable provisional admission with pending results. Several colleges allow this, provided you submit the cleared marksheet before a deadline. Should the admission authority be strict about having all semester's results available at time of counselling, you will have to wait until next year to apply. I would also suggest checking with the university or PGECET counselling information.

because of my health i am not able to attend regular classes my admission is already done but now I want to study at home is it is possible i am 10th Karnataka state syllabus Banglore

Ankur Mehta 13th Aug, 2025

Since your admission is already completed, you will need to check with your school or board if they allow you to switch to home-based learning. In Karnataka State syllabus, regular school attendance is usually required, but in special cases like health issues, the school can recommend you for NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) or a similar home-study option. I suggest you speak directly with your school principal and explain your health situation, along with medical proof, so they can guide you on the right process.

Considering Ive been allotted S.B. Patil Institute of Management for MBA in CAP 2 with 88% as an SEBC OHU candidate, and my preference is limited to Pune colleges, is accepting this admission the best decision for me?

gopi 12th Aug, 2025

Hello Akshay,

If you want an MBA college in Pune and have been allotted S.B. Patil Institute of Management in CAP Round 2 with 88%, as a SEBC OHU candidate, this is a good option to take if you care about location and timeliness more than waiting for subsequent rounds. If you are looking for higher-ranked Pune institutes (PUMBA, Indira, MIT-WPU) and are willing to take a chance, you can wait for CAP Round 3.

Taabia Fathima 12th Aug, 2025

Hey Madhumati:)

Thanks for reaching out!

If you've surrendered your seat in CSAB round 1,you don't need to upload any documents right now. Document upload and verification are only required if you're allotted a seat in the new round and your documents haven't already been verified earlier. In that case you'll have to upload them and pay the acceptance fees within the given deadline.
