Unfortunately,you can't register for TS EAMCET councelling now as the process has ended. registration,slot booking, certificate verification, seat allotment,fee payment,self-reporting,and final reporting to allotted colleges,have all been completed,with August 13 being the last date for reporting. S adly there is no chance to newly register for councelling this year.

There is this College in Vasai named St. Gonsalo Garcia College, that offers Bsc, IT and the eligibility criteria mentioned in their website is just HSC (+2) conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune. If you've done your HSC from other board, then you need to produce an eligibility certificate.
So, you can check with them for BSc, IT. Hopefully, you'll get into it.

So according to your NEET rank that is 24,661 and you belong to OBC category it is difficult for you to get a government MBBS seat because the ranks usually closed around 5000-8000 and your is way above that.
You can still try in BDS government seats through your OBC quota. You can also get admission into AYUSH courses like BAMS or BHMS. Make sure to attend to attend all rounds of counselling to get a better seat as ranks usually drops in later rounds. You can also try in private colleges but the fees will be higher.

With the rank for 24661 it is not possible to get admission from the govt college with the lower cut off and if you are looking for private college with the rank you can get admission based your neet marks you should consider the neet counselling and take private college of possible
