Hello sir/madam , Im Suryateja I attempted NEET UG 2025 and get scored 195 marks, 822020 rank. Is there any chance of getting a medical seat in a public medical college in AIQ or a private medical college with low fees or AYUSH.

OISHEE BANERJEE 29th Jul, 2025

Hello Suryateja, with a NEET UG 2025 score of 195 and a rank of around 8,22,020, your chances of getting a seat in a government medical college are not possible under All India Quota or State Quota. Even for reserved categories, most state cutoffs are much higher.

For private medical colleges, low-fee seats are also unlikely. Most private colleges require at least 350 to 450 marks for a general or state quota seat.

You may have a limited chance under NRI or management quota in deemed universities or private colleges, but the fees are very high, usually around 15 to 25 lakh per year. Even for those, some colleges prefer higher marks than 195.

If you are strongly interested in MBBS, you can consider preparing again for NEET next year. Otherwise, you may explore alternative courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or B.Sc Nursing, which have lower cutoffs and good career options.

my practical rank is 14300 and i am 2a obc + 371j student .. can i get seat in bsc agri colleges through kcet in 2025?

OISHEE BANERJEE 29th Jul, 2025

With a practical rank of 14,300 in KCET and your category being 2A OBC + 371J, you do have a fair chance of getting a BSc Agriculture seat in Karnataka under the reserved quota.

Here’s a practical breakdown:

  • In previous years, students with ranks around 12,000 to 16,000 in practical rank (with reservation) have secured BSc Agri seats in government and government-aided colleges.

  • The 2A and 371J reservation works strongly in your favor, especially in Hyderabad-Karnataka region colleges (now Kalyana Karnataka).

  • Seat availability and college preference matter—popular colleges fill fast, but you have a decent chance in regional universities or newer agri colleges.

Your chances are good, especially in:

  • Colleges located in Bidar, Raichur, or other north Karnataka regions.

  • Seats under University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur or Dharwad.

What is the fees of bsc nursing

OISHEE BANERJEE 30th Jul, 2025

for b.sc nursing, the fee depends on the type of seat and college you get:

– in government nursing colleges or government quota seats in private colleges through kcet, the annual tuition fee is around 10,000. some colleges may also ask for a refundable caution deposit of 10,000 in the first year.

– in private colleges under management quota, the fees range from 1,00,000 to 1,40,000 per year for karnataka students. for non-karnataka students, the fee can go higher, around 1,40,000 to 2,00,000 per year.

– top private nursing colleges that are not under kcet may charge between 1.5 lakh to 3 lakh per year depending on their reputation, facilities, and location.

additional costs like hostel, food, books, and uniform are separate and usually add 50,000 to 1 lakh per year.

if you're aiming for a low-cost option, try for a government seat through kcet or state quota. let me know if you want to check your chances or list of colleges based on your category and rank.
