migration/Transfer certificate is mandatory or not at the time of LL.B 3year admission

Nitin Kumar 12th Jun, 2024

Yes ,if you are transferring from a different university, then a migration certificate is typically mandatory. This allows your new university to verify your academic record and clearances from the previous institution.

No ,if you are continuing your studies at the same university (just a different college within the university), then you might need a transfer certificate instead. This document facilitates your trans fer within the university system.

Nitin Kumar 12th Jun, 2024

Yes, you can participate in the 2nd round of CDAC counselling even if you didn't submit any choices in the 1st round.

The second round is open to candidates who:

  • Didn't participate in the 1st round at all.
  • Participated in the 1st round but weren't allotted a seat (their rank wasn't high enough for their preferred choices).

In the 2nd round, you will only be eligible for seats that are vacant after the 1st round allotment.

Im getting NIT Patna 5 year integrated (BTech+MTech) Cyber security but I want to give GATE and try to get IIT to do MTech in cse. Is it possible to leave 5 year integrated course if I qualify GATE and want to do MTech from other colleges?

Nitin Kumar 12th Jun, 2024

In most cases, leaving a 5-year integrated M.Tech program after the B.Tech portion (usually after 4 years) to pursue an M.Tech elsewhere through GATE is not possible.

Integrated programs are designed as a complete package, with the B.Tech portion leading seamlessly into the M.Tech specialization. Exiting after the B.Tech portion might disrupt the curriculum and might not grant you a standalone B.Tech degree.

Universities often have regulations that don't allow students to exit integrated programs midway.

Carefully review the regulations or brochures related to the 5-year integrated M.Tech program at NIT Patna. Look for sections on program structure, exit options, or award of degrees. Reach out to the admissions office or program coordinator at NIT Patna. They can give you the most accurate information about leaving the program after the B.Tech portion.

my neet pg they asked to upload the photo i uploaded will my form will be accepted and hall ticket will be provided

Nitin Kumar 12th Jun, 2024

There is a good chance your form will be accepted and you will receive a hall ticket for NEET PG, but it depends on whether the photograph you uploaded meets the specified criteria.

If your photo meets all the criteria, your form will  be accepted, and you will receive a hall ticket without any issues.

If there are discrepancies, the NBE might:

  • Reject your form and ask you to re-upload a compliant photo within a specified window.

  • Not reject the form outright but flag it for further review. You might receive a notification asking you to confirm or re-upload the photo.

How is the TNEA document verification going to happen, is it online or should I go to the TFC, I have yet to receive the Certificate for studied from 8th to 12th in Tamil Nadu from my school and today is the last day for uploading documents (12/06/2024), Is it possible to upload it later?

Nitin Kumar 12th Jun, 2024

The TNEA document verification process is not online. You'll need to visit a designated TNEA Facilitation Centre (TFC) to have your documents verified in person.  You have already uploaded the documents you have available (as of today, June 12, 2024) which is great.

After uploading the documents, you will need to visit a TFC as per the schedule provided by the DoTE, Tamil Nadu. This typically happens between the application closing date and the rank list declaration. At the TFC, officials will verify the originals of the documents you uploaded online, including your certificates from 8th to 12th standard (if available by then).

Since today is the last day for uploading documents, and you haven't received your certificates yet:

Try contacting your school as soon as possible to inquire about the status of your certificates and the expected date of issuance. Explain your situation regarding TNEA document verification.

If you have any other supporting documents related to your 8th to 12th studies (like mark sheets, transfer certificates, etc.), upload them during the online window.

If your certificates are still not ready by the time of your TFC visit, try to get a written statement from your school explaining the delay and confirming your academic record.

During verification at the TFC, explain the situation to the officials and present any supporting documents you have (statement from school, mark sheets).
