Hello,
Please check your state’s counselling schedule.
In most states, B.Pharm round 2 choice filling dates are either already over or not yet announced. For example, in UP (UPTAC) it was held from 2 to 3 August 2025, while in Rajasthan ( RUHS ) the dates are yet to be declared.
Hope it helps !
Hello Aspirant,
No, you cannot directly enter MBBS after completing your BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) with a lateral entry in India. The admission into MBBS is entirely based on NEET-UG exam only, irrespective of the previous degree. Even if you have completed BPT, you will have to clear NEET and start MBBS ultimately from first year because you cannot skip any semester or year.
After BPT, you cannot directly join MBBS in the middle. You have to take admission in the first year of MBBS through NEET like other candidates. There is no lateral entry to MBBS after BPT.
Yes, you can. If you missed the first compartment exam, you can appear in the second compartment exam as per CBSE rules.

Hello Sunita,
Previously, the Sadgope community in West Bengal was part of General, so you could apply under EWS if eligible. But, as per the most recent state list, Sadgope has been categorized under OBC-B in West Bengal. Under the WBHRB Staff Nurse Grade II recruitment, you need to apply based on the caste category that is current in the state list. This means you can no longer claim EWS if your caste is now OBC. Rather you should apply under OBC-B, and if eligible submit an OBC certificate.
There are various online platforms, which provides previous year question papers of BSc Nursing entrance exam. One of which is careers360, the link of which I am attaching here,

Hi!
IIIT Surat is one of the newer IIITs, and its tuition fees are generally around 1.8–2 lakh per year. However, fee waivers are available for students from economically weaker sections (EWS), Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and some OBC categories under central government norms. For example, SC/ST students usually get a complete tuition fee waiver, paying only hostel, exam, and other charges. EWS and certain OBC-NCL students can also avail partial waivers depending on annual family income below 1 lakh – full tuition waiver; 1–5 lakh – two-thirds tuition reduction. You need to provide valid income and category certificates during admission to avail this benefit. Additionally, there are merit-based scholarships from state and central schemes. Always check the latest official fee structure on the IIIT Surat website or JoSAA portal before applying.
Wishing you all the best for your admission process!
