which rank is considered for eamcet local rank or state rank

Nitin Kumar 13th Jun, 2024

For EAMCET counselling, the rank considered for seat allotment is typically the state rank, not the local rank.

EAMCET is a state-level entrance exam used for admissions to various engineering, agricultural, and medical colleges within the state. The state rank reflects your position compared to all other students who took the exam in that state. Seats in colleges are allocated based on the state rank, ensuring a fair competition among all students across the state

actually i didnot apload my 12th class marks for verification but i qualified in Apeamcet because lack of information. can i apload by now with any another link 12th class marks by paying money beacuse i didnot get rank.

Nitin Kumar 13th Jun, 2024

The possibility of uploading your 12th class marks for verification now and getting a rank depends on the specific rules and deadlines set by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for EAMCET.

Review the official brochure for AP EAMCET counselling. It should specify the deadline for uploading 12th class marks and the consequences of missing the deadline. You can usually find the brochure on the APSCHE website.

Me complete 11th can I fill diploma form

Nitin Kumar 14th Jun, 2024

In most cases, you cannot directly fill a diploma form after completing 11th grade. Diploma programs typically require you to have passed either 10th or 12th grade.

Most diploma programs have a minimum eligibility requirement of passing 10th standard (secondary school) or 12th standard (higher secondary school) with a minimum percentage (often 50%).

The most common path is to finish your 12th grade and then apply for a diploma program. This will give you a broader range of diploma options and potentially better job prospects. A few institutes might offer diploma programs with eligibility after 11th, but these are less common. It's best to check with the specific institutes you are interested in to see their admission criteria.

I am a commerce student, in 12th exam, I have 6 subjects which are ACC, BST, Eco, English and two additional subjects (Physical Education and Applied Mathematics), only RT is written in Applied Mathematics. I am not going to give this compartment exam. Am I eligible for government exam?

Nitin Kumar 14th Jun, 2024

The eligibility for government exams in India depends on the specific exam you are interested in.

Some government exams, particularly those for clerical positions, might require you to have passed all subjects in your 12th standard exams.

Many government exams, especially those for PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) banks, income tax departments, and other commerce-related fields, might have a minimum eligibility requirement only for specific commerce stream subjects like Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies.

If some exams require passing all subjects, you might need to consider appearing for a compartment exam in Applied Mathematics to improve your chances of eligibility. If the exams you are targeting focus on commerce stream subjects, having a "Failed" or "RT" (Re-appear Test) in Applied Mathematics might not necessarily affect your eligibility as long as you've passed your core commerce subjects (Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies) with the minimum required marks.

The second round is open to candidates who:

  • Didn't participate in the 1st round at all.

Im getting NIT Patna 5 year integrated (BTech+MTech) Cyber security but I want to give GATE and try to get IIT to do MTech in cse. Is it possible to leave 5 year integrated course if I qualify GATE and want to do MTech from other colleges?

Nitin Kumar 12th Jun, 2024

In most cases, leaving a 5-year integrated M.Tech program after the B.Tech portion (usually after 4 years) to pursue an M.Tech elsewhere through GATE is not possible.

Integrated programs are designed as a complete package, with the B.Tech portion leading seamlessly into the M.Tech specialization. Exiting after the B.Tech portion might disrupt the curriculum and might not grant you a standalone B.Tech degree.

Universities often have regulations that don't allow students to exit integrated programs midway.

Carefully review the regulations or brochures related to the 5-year integrated M.Tech program at NIT Patna. Look for sections on program structure, exit options, or award of degrees. Reach out to the admissions office or program coordinator at NIT Patna. They can give you the most accurate information about leaving the program after the B.Tech portion.
