To participate in a "best school" survey for the 2025-2026 academic year, you should first identify reputable organizations and publications conducting such surveys, such as IIRF Ranking or EducationToday.
Once you have identified relevant surveys, carefully review their eligibility requirements and the specific parameters used for evaluation, which often include academic performance, faculty quality, infrastructure, extracurricular activities, and student satisfaction.
Gather comprehensive information and supporting documents about your school's facilities, faculty, academic programs, and achievements, ensuring the accuracy and verifiability of all submitted data.
Next, submit the application or nomination form provided by the survey organization by the specified deadline. If the survey incorporates parental voting as part of the ranking process, actively engage your school community (parents, teachers, and alumni) to participate and support your school's nomination.
Finally, closely monitor the deadlines and any communication from the survey organizers throughout the process to ensure all requirements are met.
In Andhra Pradesh, there are around 1,550 MBBS seats under Category A (Government Quota) in private medical colleges. These seats are filled by the state counselling authority based on NEET rank.
Hope it helps !
With a WBUT PGET 2025 rank of 262, you have a decent chance of getting into a government college, especially in core branches like Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical. However, for top branches like CSE or ECE in popular government colleges, it may be tough.
Your chances will also depend on:
Your category (General/SC/ST/OBC)
Branch preference
Seat availability
You should definitely take part in the counselling process. Try all possible options and keep some backup choices too.

Hello Aiswarya,
With a rank of 6906 in INI-CET, you would have a better chance of getting a less competitive clinical branch (e.g. ENT, anesthesia, pathology, or biochemistry) in the spot admission section as opposed to the open rounds because:
In summary, while there is no guarantee that you will receive an offer, you are more likely to get a seat during the spot allotment versus the open rounds if you are flexible with respect to the institute and branch choice.
Sorry, but with this mark of 250, there is a very low chance that you will get into any government colleges. Even though you are a reserved category student, you can't obtain a seat in a government institution. There is a very slim chance you're in AIQ, or All India Quota, but you can try the state quota or reservation.
I hope it clears your query!!
UIT vs JNGEC: which is better? This question's answer is entirely based on your career goals and preferences. If you are interested in CS, IT, or ECE, you must choose UIT. Else, if you want to study core engineering like electrical, mechanical, or civil, you go for JNGEC.
