According to my neet rank 1131549 will I get mbbs in b category in India?

Thomas Jolly 7th Jun, 2024

With a NEET rank of 1,131,549, it appears unlikely to secure admission for MBBS in the B category in India, as seats in reputable medical colleges are typically limited and highly competitive. However, availability can vary from year to year and by college, so it's advisable to inquire with specific institutions to check if they have any openings. Additionally, exploring alternative courses or colleges based on your rank may also be worth considering.

I got 422 in Neet 2024. Can I get admission in Maharashtra for MBBS

Manisha 8th Jun, 2024

Hello aspirant

You haven't mentioned your category to which you belong so considering you as a general category candidate,  it seems difficult to get mbbs with 422 marks in Neet.

It depends upon cut off neet , cut off keeps changing every year and depends upon certain factors including number of students appeared in exam,  difficulty level of exam,  normalisation process,  availability of seats and previous year's cut off .

Now for general category candidate neet qualifying percentile is 50th percentile ie score between 720- 164.

For sc/st/ obc it is 163 - 129.

On the basis of analysis and looking at previous year's cut off trends you may try for bds , bhms and bams in following colleges of maharashtra

Terna medical college

Dr D Y patil medical college

Rajiv Gandhi medical college

What if a icse board migration certificate is already issued but I got admission to another school of same board than do I need to cancel the migration certificate?

Nitin Kumar 8th Jun, 2024

No, you don't need to cancel the migration certificate if you got admission to another ICSE school  since both sThe migration certificate simply serves as a record of your academic history at the previous school.  Your new school might request a copy of the certificate for their records, but canceling it would be unnecessary.
Schools are under the same board. Migration certificates are typically required when moving between different boards, not within the same board.

If you like to be certain, you can always check with your new school's admission office. They can confirm their requirements for transferring students within the ICSE board.
