Hello dear student,

As you said you don't have the Domicile certificate of the particular state then you will get a seat in Gujarat under 15% all India quota and not under 85% state quota as you cannot show that you are a resident of the place . But yes if you have competed your 5 years studies from gujarat and completed your 12th from there and any of your parent is living in the state from more than 10 years then there is a possibility that you get a seat inder 85% state quota.
