JEE Main 2026: Important Formulas | Foreign Universities in India
Comprehensive Guide: IIT's | NIT's | IIIT's
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that this year jee mains is to be conducted four times in a year and you want to know whether this would increase the level of examination or not.
I would like to tell you that according to my experience the difficulty level of the exam won't vary and it would be same as per every year.
Coming to the second part of the question your category doesn't play any role for your percentile and so you would get your percentile as per your general score.
So,you need to score a minimum of 170-180 to be on the safer side of 99 percentile.

Hello,
Overall Percentile depends on the percentage of candidates who have scored equal or equal than you and the percentile score in individual subject. To score 99 or above percentile you need to score minimum 165-170 marks. This is based on our JEE Main Rank Predictor tool result, the predictor tool is based on previous year data so the above mentioned score is an estimation.
