Well sir collages are made up of paper and it's colleges. You can have English lessons first than pcm.

For your kind information I am informing you that JEE mains exam is conducted by national test agency not by IIT or NIT and if talking about JEE mains cutoff for top 5 NIT so I will suggest you to go with the below link where you will see previous year cutoff list of JEE mains which will give you a probable idea for the latest cut off.
