Generally,this won't happen.Many of students take one year drop and crack different examinations and finally work hard I'm the college or an Institution which they get and finally come out with flying colors.so,we can say that it many have a small negative effoct ,but if you take the drop for utilizing the time properly then you will not have a negative impact on your career.Hence if you are seriously aiming for something big,just take one year drop and crack that examination and work hard,you will land up in a very good placement.
