Depends upon which university you are getting on and your regular lifestyle on an average it is dependent on 50,000 rupees to 1,00,000 rupees. As per the government hostels it gets through around on a year basis 10,000 rupees to 20,000 rupees a year. But in private college it depends upon the circumstances and lot about it on the area you are leaning to get it.
