Yes, you are eligible to appear for NDA exam as the minimum required qualification to appear for NDA exam is that the candidate must have passed their class 12th with science stream, where physics and mathematics are compulsory subjects, so if as you have passed class 12th with PCM subjects, so you're eligible to appear for NDA exam.

Students appearing in class 12th with subjects like maths and Physics are also eligible for the exam.
