hi,
hee advance test is for admission to iits b.tech courses. there is no home state quota policy and admission is based on AIR rank only. however there is category wise cutoff and seat allotment , if there is rank as obc category , it is based on AIR quota only.
so any rank in jee advance is AIR rank only.
