As we all know that according  to UGC guidelines,blended mode of education was to be followed.

So, according to that, the internal marks that your teachers would give you on the basis of how you have performed or behaved during the session,for example your overall performance according to your teachers in 12th, viva, practicals etc could be considered in the 12th results.

Now,it depends on the Universities/ colleges whether they consider this or conduct entrance examination for the admissions.
