Yes 12 improvement marksheet is valid in bank jobs. Not only in bank it is valid everywhere in all competitive exams . It is also valid in all government as well as private sector. If it is not going to be valid then why will CBSE organize this improvement exam.

For getting jobs in bank one needs to qualify entrance examination. It is not related to class 12th marks in any way and if your improvement marksheet is valid then there is nothing to worry about for your class 12th marksheet.

Now as far as you are concerned about the recognization of improvement certificate then it has same as that the main board examination and it is applicable every where. The only drawback of the improvemebt examination is that it causes a loss of one year of academics of a student.

As per the norms of CBSE improvement examination, a student is allowed to appear in the improvement examination only once as a private candidate and that too in the year successive to the year of their actual board examination.

So cute class 12th improvement is accepted Pal then you don't have to worry ought to take concern about it as it will not create any problem for getting jobs in banking sectors.
