If you are leaving a course in the 1st year, then the certificate will be issued by the College you are in and in that your name and the course you have been admitted to will be mentioned. Along with it, if you have qualified the semesters, then your leaving certificate may contain the details of gradation for the 1st year as well. So the format of the certificate varies from college to college although in general sense its format is quite same as the 12th School leaving certificate.
