No, 12th marks don't play a major role in ComedK. For admission to the colleges through COMEDK 12th percentage is not considered, your ranks are simply based on your entrance test that you have given. However it is mentioned under the eligibility criteria that candidates should have passed 12th with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually.
