Yes. You can take JEE mains and advanced even if you are a repeater in class 12th. You can take JEE mains the year after you finish your 12th grade. In addition, you can sit for JEE mains for three years in a row, including the year you graduated from high school. For example, if you graduated from high school in 2021, you are eligible to take the JEE mains in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Yes. Even if you are a repeater in class 12th, you are eligible to give JEE mains and advanced. You can give JEE mains the year you pass your class 12th. Moreover you can attempt JEE mains for 3 consecutive years including the year of passing your class 12. For example, if you have passed class 12th in the year 2021, then you are eligible to write JEE mains in the year 2021, 2022 and 2023.
You are eligible to write JEE advanced for 2 consecutive years including your class 12th passing year. That is in 2021 and 2022.
