Several institutes and exam conducting bodies work with different criteria that defines a PASS MARK.

For example, in CBSE, it is 33% and for State Board of Andhra Pradesh, it is 35%.

The general consideration of pass is taken as 40% as this satisfies all criteria.

So, it would be (0.4*150) = 60 marks in your case.
