Well the rank is quite high to get into top engineering colleges through comedk 

last year cut off for ce branch are:

BMS 3667

MS RAMIAH 4418

RV 3199

BIT( Bangalore institute of technology) 10489

P E S institute of technology 7548 

Shridevi Institute of Engineering & Technology 11615

And PESIT but now it's a university so no seat through comedk

But with this rank mentioned it is difficult to get admission in CE though but yes definately you can get it branch in top 10 comedk colleges.

if you have attempted for jee mains than i would rather suggest you to  look for other Engineering college in States like Rajasthan ,West Bengal etc …. if You desire only for CE/CSE
