Based upon the category only the colleges are allotted if your sc/st you can surely get mepco but thagarajar is doudt .but you don't leave it put it on the choise list.Fees structure in thagarajar fees is comparetively low than mepco because mepco is a self finance college and thagarajar is aided college.the colleges doest not give the exact fees structure of their college.So i cant give you a exact fees structure.
