The vacancies have not been announced online so it is not possible to mention them. If youo dont report in the third round, you may lose the seat especially if there wont be any more counselling rounds. To upgrade or anything, it is mandatory to report so unless you have better options you should take the seat. However choice filling is also available in thrid round so please change the options for this round such that you get a decent college allotment.
