The tuition fee for Dr. DY Patil Medical College, Pune is INR. 25,00,000 per annum. The eligibility fee (for the first year only) is INR 2,00,000. Hostel charges, including mess, is Rs. 2,80,700. The caution amount is INR 50,000 (refundable after completion of the course).

The annual fee will increase 7% each year and is applicable for 5 years.
