Now regarding your age, 20 years is the age when one comes to know his responsibilities, gets to make his place out in the world, establishes contacts, makes connections, tries to make living out of life. This is the age where most people get themselves into their course of choice. And remember as once said, Age is just a number. And it indeed is! Think of yourselves after 5 years, when you'll be 25, a doctor, who helps people by treating them. Think of the satisfaction it'll give you.
Many students begin their career at 19-21 years. You'll even have classmates who'll be older then you. Some even get themselves into college at 23-25 years too considering all the drop years. Nothing to be looked down upon. Remember it's professional degree. You are gonna be a doctor. It can be compared to a journey where only the destination matters and not the path you take.
So, keep your head high, enjoy college life, study hard and learn because learning never stops.

Dear aspirant

No, there is no problem in entering in medical College at the age of 20yrs old. Majority of Indian population enters medical colleges at the age of 19-21yrs old only,as most of candidates are two to three times dropper, only few of students which clear neet entrance with there 12th exam.

Even people goes at the age of 23-26yrs old,it's depends on the candidate when they are able to get admission in preferred medical College.

You are almost in right age to go in medical College as by 25-26 yrs old you will finish your MBBS and by 30yrs old you can finish your post graduate and after that you can settle anywhere perfectly.

In medical profession,if you get post- graduation before 30yrs or at thirty it's quite an achievement,so don't think much about it.

If you go to your college more than fifty percent students might be older than you in your batch. So it's quite normal.

You will never face any issues in future as medicine is life long learning process and people of any age can be doctor as there's no age limit in this profession to study.

From my point of view you are on right age to go to your medical school,so go study well and enjoy your college life without bothering about age.
