Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, commonly known as BAMS is an undergraduate degree for candidates who want to get trained in the concepts of Ayurveda. Admission to BAMS colleges in India is conducted on the grounds of one of the top medical entrance exams of India, NEET.

There are two Colleges in Andhra Pradesh offering BAMS. They are -

• Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijaywada

• Sri Venkateswara Ayurvedic College, Tirupati.
