Hope you are good!
Referring to your question the syllabus of NEET 2021 is reduced or not.
The syllabus of NEET 2021 is dependent on the syllabus of class11th & class12th.
So if there is decrease in the syllabus of class11th & class12th syllabus then there will be decreased in NEET also.
As the MCI board didn't posted about the reduction of syllabus but they should confirm it in the month of November/ December. so wait !
But don't stop your study....
Keep in mind that you should have to focus on how to score an maximum marks. because it's very tough exam so there is less chances of getting selection.
Didn't focus were your syllabus got changed or not.
Only Focusing on scoring an full marks.

Hello Aspirant,

See in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic National Testing Agency decided to reduce the syllabus for NEET in accordance to the reduction of almost 30% syllabus by CBSE and as announced by central government. This decision has been taken to compensate the time loss which occurred during this lockdown.

Till now new syllabus for NEET 2021 is not released so it is recommended that don't go for some new books until and unless the latest syllabus would be declared, you can have an idea of NEET syllabus from syllabus of session 2019-20 which can be accessed from the link given below :-
