Your overall JEE Mains percentile will be calculated based on your individual subject percentiles. Since your Maths percentile is very low (16.1420) , it may affect your chances of getting into NITs , as most require passing marks in all three subjects.

To give an accurate prediction, I need your overall percentile or rank . However, with a strong Chemistry and Physics percentile , you may still get lower-ranked NITs or GFTIs in branches with a lower cutoff, but NIT CSE, ECE, or top branches might be difficult .

Check JoSAA previous year cutoffs to compare with your category and home state quota for better clarity.
