You have a good rank. Since you belong to General Category, Based on the previous years cutoff, you won't be eligible for general medicine for NIMS. As per last year's cut off the start rank was 47 and the end rank was 388 for General Category, And for reserved category the start rank was 3754. Si if you belong to reserved category, you have chances otherwise not.
