With a Rank of 23k in COMEDK, you may have to compromise on your College, incase youre interested in CSE, you may many options among Lower and Newer Engineering Colleges. Considering the Academic and Employer Outlook of Colleges, I believe your best Option would be ISE, ETCE or ECE at some of the better Engineering Colleges instead of CSE at Lower end colleges. At 23k, you get ISE and ECE at Colleges like Nitte Meenakshi, which are quite good.
