Hello dear student, if you wish you can apply but it's useless. Don't take it otherwise because your marks are not sufficient to get you an admission in any government medical college for MBBS and either for BDS. But if you want to get an admission in  private medical college then applying in second round counselling is fine . I hope this was helpful

I have got 426 marks in neet 2019, as a SC candidate may I jet govt. College in west bengal?
