To get admission in good government colleges in Tamilnadu a student need to score atleast 550+ marks in NEET entrance exam and to get admission in  good private colleges in Tamilnadu state a student needs to score around 430+ marks in NEET entrance exam.

With 274 marks and that too belonging to general category student it is nearly impossible for you to get a seat in BDS course in any of the college in Tamilnadu.With donation it may be possible.
