As per your rank you have fair chances in some of the government medical colleges of West Bengal. You can try in Bankura Sanmilani GMC as it has cutoff marks around 487 last year. You can even try for Burdwan Medical College. This had 500 cutoff marks last year. North Bengal MC, Sushrutanagar had cutoff around 485 last year. So you can try in these colleges.
