As there is no maximum age criteria to be eligible for CAT therefore, there will be no problem in the admission. Also it should be well justifiable, the reason for gap. Otherwise if you have performed excellent in the entrance and other selection rounds like GD, PI and WAT/AWT then you have good chances to get in IIMs and top management institute through CAT.
