Hello I am having a gap of 1 year after my 10th board exams will it affect in anyways to cat or selection process in iims .

Nah, that won't your career/ examination/ admission process in any way. Just see that you have a valid reason for explaining what made you to take 1 year gap if they ask you while the time of personal interview of group discussions. Do not worry this topic won't be arise but just be ready with everything.
