With 300 marks and an All India Rank (AIR) of 442366 in NEET 2025, your chances of getting a government MBBS seat in Madhya Pradesh are very low, even if you belong to a reserved category. In previous years, government colleges in MP under state quota usually closed around 480 to 520 marks for most reserved categories and above 560 for General or EWS categories.
However, you may still have some options. You can try for BAMS (Ayurveda) in private or semi-government colleges. You may also get courses like BHMS or BPT. If your budget is around Rs 40 lakhs or more, you can consider private MBBS colleges or deemed universities under the management quota.
