With this score its difficult to get colleges with low fee. 

You can get seat in deemed universities or private colleges. But the fees will be high. 

There are only a few colleges whose fee structure is around 10-11lakh/annum or less than that...but most colleges have fees above 15lakhs

You can try in the private colleges of other states lik UP etc where u dnt need a domicile. You can also try for private colleges on the south. 

But do keep for news regarding change of fees cz sometimes colleges alter their fee structure.
