Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad:- 393
Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar:- 407
Government Medical College, Nizamabad:- 401

So dear with 397 marks, I am afraid that you may lose a seat because of few marks.
But for now don't lose hope as cut off keeps increasing and decreasing for different colleges.
