should i drop this year b'coz my previous year score was 315 and this year 406? 

Taking another drop depends on factors such as  your family factors,your determination and hardworking.If you believe you are more than willing to work harder again,to spend another year working,and believe you will be able to score better then only go for it.Also many students consider  taking admission into a Bachelor of science along to be safer.However it is totally your call depending on what suits you and it is a very subjective decisions so choose wisely.

I don't have any option and MBBS is my dream which i want to make true. my parents are saying prepare for the next year,bt i'm so depressed now.I don't understand what i should do?
