Hello,

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery- BAMS is a 5 year degree programme that is designed to study the integrated system of modern medicine and traditional Ayurveda. The eligibility criteria for pursuing this course is as following-

The students should have passed 10+2 with Biology with minimum 50%.

Here is a list of Government BAMS colleges in Uttar Pradesh-

• Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Lucknow

• Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Jagatganj, Varanasi

• Lalit hari Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Pilibhit

• Sahu RamNarain Murli Manohar Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Bareilly

• Shri Lal Bahadur Shashti Memorial Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Allahabad

• Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Banda

• Bundelkhand Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Jhansi

• Swami Kalyandeo Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Muzaffarnagar

T o predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS/BAMS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General - 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Also I would like to tell you that based on 418 marks it would be difficult for you to get into Government Colleges for BAMS course, but you should be patient and wait for the results to be declared as you might have an outside chance for few colleges. Also you can try out private colleges for admission in the above mentioned course.
