Considering you are from the unreserved or general category, your marks will fetch your rank in the range of  49,000-50,000. It would have been easier to suggest you if you would get a college had you mentioned your state and reservation status. But for these marks and rank range you are quite in the margins. So getting a government MBBS or BDS seats only depends on which state you have a domicile in, as their general trends in cutoffs would be able to suggest your eligibility.

If your category is general, then the possibilities of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges are less when comparing the results of previous years. But, it see on the state quotas too. For example, With this score, you may get a seat in the government medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh, while it is not so in the case of states like Rajasthan for which the scores are extremely high. Also, One thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas
